Air Ticket Reshop
Insight into market conformity of air fares
offered by your TMC
As a Travel Manager, do you have the same questions?
- Our travelers sometimes find a better fare on the internet than our TMC offers. Does our TMC always look for the best fare options?
- Our BoM sees ticket costs rising significantly and asks me what I am doing to control these costs
- I know that more and more fares are only bookable outside the GDSs. Does our TMC always manage to find the lowest available airfare in the jungle of fares on the various distribution channels?
- Our travelers book their trip themselves via an online booking tool, but I regularly see that they book the more expensive tickets which is not in line with our travel policy, and that an incorrect reason code is often entered to justify the missed savings. How to manage this?
Our Solution
- Your TMC sends all bookings to our robotic (powered by Trappit), real-time via an API
- From that moment on, our robotic searches for better like-for-like fares, both on the GDS and on the internet, etc.
- If our robotic finds a better fare, you and your TMC will be notified immediately (e.g. via email) enabling your TMC to rebook
- You can follow all actions and realized savings live via our benchmark dashboard
- In addition, you will receive a monthly report on the rebooking notifications sent and savings achieved, etc.
Average saving: 3-6%
Our TMC already uses an air ticket robotic; why should I switch to your robotic?
Independency
We do not receive commissions from the airlines. Our search results are therefore not influenced by any commercial agreements.
Lower fee
Our fee is almost always lower
Non-GDS
Our robotic also searches for better fares outside the GDS on the internet etc. This is important because nowadays many fares are no longer loaded on GDS but only on the internet and NDC.
Not just the robotic
You save nothing with just a robotic. You only save if you have also established a SLA with your TMC about when to rebook. We support you on this.
